Great innovation in tourisme gourmand! Tourisme Cantons de l'Est has established a network of Cafés village with 10 to 12 institutions in 2011. These small schools are popular because they are gathering places, welcoming, friendly, accessible and especially simple. Attended mostly by residents, tourists want to navigate to take the pulse of real life environmental visited.
